Our Journey Begins
Year 1999
In 1999, we embarked on our journey as a small company registered under the Isfahan Iron and Steel Union. Known as “Kowsar Pipes and Profiles,” we were founded on principles of collaboration, empathy, and the collective efforts of engineers and experts. Leveraging our founders’ technical expertise, we quickly became a leading supplier of steel pipes and equipment for water supply systems.
Year 2008
A Larger Company is Established
In 2008, we officially registered as “Espadana Kowsar Industries Pipes and Profiles.” The company was recognized by multiple Iranian pipe manufacturing companies as their official representative, and provided exceptional quality and customer-centric services for hundreds of small and large-scale projects at the provincial and national levels, serving both public and private sectors.
Entering the Manufacturing Realm
Year 2015
Building on our success, we decided to take a significant step forward. In 2015, given the significant growth and rapid expansion of our services to customers, the board of directors made the decision to construct and launch a factory for the production of spiral steel pipes.
Year 2016
Construction Begins
In 2016, construction of the first phase of our factory commenced on a 50,000 square meter plot of land. To ensure the highest quality of our steel pipe production, we recruited top Iranian experts and purchased state-of-the-art machinery and equipment from renowned European brands, all manufactured in 2017.

Year 2017
In October 2017, we reached a major milestone with the commencement of our trial production operations, with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. To reflect our new manufacturing capabilities, we rebranded the company as “Espadana Kowsar Pipe Rolling Industries.”
Year 2020
Expanding Our Capabilities
In mid-winter of 2020, we achieved another significant milestone by commissioning our second production line. This expansion increased our annual production capacity to 100,000 tons and enabled us to simultaneously produce two sizes of spiral steel pipes on two separate lines. As a result, our product range was expanded to include steel pipes from 8 to 16 inches in diameter. Consequently, our overall production capacity covered pipe sizes ranging from 8 to 120 inches with thicknesses from 4 to 25 millimeters. This expansion project significantly enhanced our flexibility to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers.
Year 2022
Aligned with our company’s 2035 vision, and driven by the increasing domestic and international demand for spiral steel pipes, we initiated the construction of our third production line in December 2021. This line was successfully commissioned in 2022, boosting our annual production capacity to 200,000 tons. One of the significant projects undertaken by this new line was supplying pipes for the Oman Sea to Isfahan Province water supply project. Thanks to our skilled workforce, strong brand reputation, and advanced equipment, we attracted the attention of Mobarakeh Steel Company, which expressed interest in acquiring our entire company, including its brand and all of its manufacturing facilities. Following this offer, our shareholders agreed to sell “Espadana Kowsar Pipe Rolling Industries” in the first quarter of 2023.
March 2023 until now
Leveraging our accumulated expertise and resources, the shareholders established Kowsar Steel Ako Co. in March 2023. The company’s focus is on trading steel products, particularly steel pipes for water, oil, and gas pipelines, both domestically and internationally. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for the group, with a promising outlook for the company’s future.
